Hi, my name is Bill Fairman and I'm The Wealth Building Strategist.

It’s no secret that the public school system doesn’t really provide any financial education for its students. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing the secret investment strategies of the ultra-wealthy. After 20 years in the Mortgage Industry, the crash of 2008 left me and thousands of others, unemployed. After a few years of struggle, my sister convinced me to go into the private lending business so we could make sure that other people don’t go through the same loss. That’s when we developed a new kind of lending strategy and a diversified passive income model.
